RETURN POLICY

We do our best to bring you the best sheets right at your doorstep. However, if you do not come to love our sheets yet, contact us here. We will go ahead and process a return for you.

• All our products are eligible for return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please Note: Any shipping charges that are incurred to bring the product back to us will be deducted from the refund value.
• Any items purchased on SALE are considered final and non-refundable.
• To qualify for a refund, all returned products must maintain their original condition, including being unworn and with the original packaging intact.
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
• Currently, all international orders (outside the UAE) are considered final and are not eligible for returns.
Please Note: Currently we do not process returns in store. All products eligible for returns will have a return pick-up arranged by us.

Refund Process:

Once your items have arrived at our facility and our inventory team has completed the processing, you will receive a refund accompanied by an email notification. Kindly allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Please note partial and full refund values will be net of any payment *transaction fees that we incur.
*Transaction fees incurred – 2.9% + 1AED for domestic cards (+1% for Intl. transaction) of the transaction value.

Changes to this Policy:

We reserve the right, in our sole and exclusive discretion, to amend, modify, or terminate this Policy, for any or no reason, with or without a notice to you. The foregoing will become effective as of the date of posting. In addition, we, in our sole and exclusive discretion, reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges for any or no reason, including, without limitation, those returns that would otherwise violate our policy.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our return policy.

EXCHANGE POLICY

On the rare occasion that you have received a product with defects, please contact us here and we will gladly send you a *replacement.

• Please note all faulty/defective products must be identified within 30 days of receiving your order.
• At the moment, exchanges are only processed for faulty or defect products. We apologize for the inconvenience that may have been caused.
• All product exchanges are subject to genuine production defects only – any mishandling/wear & tear, do not qualify as genuine production defects.
• All exchange/defective products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with original packaging intact.
• Once the defective items have arrived at our facility and our inventory team has had time to process everything we will send you confirmation of your replacement via email. Your replacement should be with you within 5 to 10 business days after confirmation.

*Replacements are subject to our inspection and approval.
