Products



 – Get the right fit by viewing our sizing guide.

– All our fitted sheets have a 38 CMS deep pocket. They also come with full elastic banding that’s sewn around the edge for a little extra flexibility, ensuring a generous fit over even the deepest mattresses.

– As with all of our products, we like to let nature do its work. This is why our 100% organic sheets may wrinkle more easily than conventional “wrinkle-resistant” bed sheets that have been soaked with harsh chemicals or waxes. Feel free to iron our sheets at low heat.

– Please view our washing instructions to make your sheets last.

– Our sets are pre-bundled, and you cannot mix and match size, color, or fabric. However – with the exception of our bundle sets – all bedding items can be purchased a la carte, so you can mix and match as you like.

Payment & Orders

– We accept all major credit cards via stripe, all payments are encrypted and secured. Cash payments are accepted in-store.

*Please note, we can only accept one form of payment per order.

– All our listed prices are inclusive of VAT.

– If you would like to add items to your existing order, please place an additional order. We do not store your credit card information and cannot process changes made after the order is placed. We also cannot remove items from an existing order. 

– Contact us within 60 minutes of placing your order to process a cancellation. Cancellations can only be made during business hours Monday – Saturday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm GST. We cannot cancel orders for you on Sunday. 

Kindly allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Please note any refund amount related to canceled orders will be net of any payment *transaction fees that we incur.

*Transaction fees incurred – 2.90% of the transaction value.

Order cancellations are not guaranteed. U’Linen reserves the right to deny order cancellation requests to customers that exhibit excessive cancellation activity.

– Yes! All our products are available in-store at our showroom here.

If you have placed an order online, just click in-store pickup at check-out.

– Please look at our shipping policy for all shipping-related queries.

– Please view our return policy for all return and refund queries.

– Valid coupon codes can be applied at checkout. Only one coupon code is allowed per order.

– Please contact us within 30 minutes after you have placed your order to make any shipping related changes.
